Privacy Policy

PlainNursing republishes the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Nursing Home Compare dataset, quality ratings, staffing, and penalty records for 14,703 certified nursing homes, current to March 2026. We hold no resident records and no medical data: the only information involved is the anonymous, aggregate web analytics described below. This policy explains exactly what is collected and how it is used.

Information We Collect

PlainNursing does not require user registration or collect personal information directly. We use third-party analytics and advertising services that may collect certain data as described below.

Analytics

We use privacy-focused analytics (Umami) to understand how visitors use our site. This service collects anonymized usage data including page views, referrer information, and general device information. No personally identifiable information is collected or stored.

We also use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) which may collect additional data subject to Google's privacy policy.

Advertising & Google AdSense

We use Google AdSense to display advertisements on this site.
